This year’s conference takes place in the heart of Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Set along the water, the Omni Fort Lauderdale Hotel offers a refined, modern setting designed to support focused learning and thoughtful collaboration.

Conference attendees can take advantage of the special room block rates. A link to the discounted BCoD room block is included in your Registration Confirmation email.

BCoD Members who book by October 2 will receive a discounted rate of $205 + tax per night (regular rate $275) for up to three nights. A credit card is required to reserve your room; the discounted rate will be applied at hotel checkout.

Getting There

Flying

Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) is approximately 10–15 minutes from the hotel and offers a wide range of domestic and international flights. Miami International Airport (MIA) is about 35–45 minutes away and provides additional flight options.

By Train

Brightline Fort Lauderdale Station is about 10 minutes from the hotel, offering high-speed rail service between Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and West Palm Beach. Tri-Rail also serves the area with connections throughout South Florida.

By Car

The hotel is easily accessible via I-95 and other major roadways. Parking is available on-site for an additional fee.

Omni Ft. Lauderdale offers Valet Parking for $60/night +tax or a daily drive-in rate of $47/day +tax.
