General Questions
What are the dates for the BCoD Conference?
The conference will take place from November 6-8, 2026
Where is the conference located?
The conference will be held at Omni Hotel in Ft. Lauderdale, FL.
How do I register for the conference?
You can register for the conference here.
What is the price to register as an attendee?
Your $49 registration includes access to all education sessions, valuable networking opportunities, breakfasts, lunches, and receptions.
If you register for the BCoD Conference and book your hotel room in the BCoD Room Block at the Omni Ft. Lauderdale by October 2, 2026, you will receive a $49 credit on your hotel stay.
Attendee Registration Transfers
Conference registrations cannot be transferred to another person already registered for the conference. If the registrant cannot attend the BCoD Conference for any reason, his/her registration may be transferred to another person who is NOT already registered for the conference. All registration transfers must be completed prior to October 9, 2026. Please contact contact@bcofdermatology.com for assistance with transferring a registration.
Registration Cancelation Policy
Cancellation notices must be in writing and received by 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on October 9, 2026 to be eligible for a refund. All cancellations are subject to a nonrefundable processing fee of 20% of all registration fees paid. No refunds will be made after this date. Cancellation notices should be sent to contact@bcofdermatology.com. Allow four weeks for processing.
If a registrant needs to cancel after October 9, 2026, the conference registration may be transferred to another person who is NOT already registered for the meeting. If you have any questions, please contact contact@bcofdermatology.com.
Accommodations
How can I book a hotel room?
You can book a room in our discounted room block at Omni Ft. Lauderdale. You will receive a confirmation email when you register for the conference that will provide the link to make your hotel reservation.
Is there a deadline for booking the hotel room?
Yes, the room block cutoff date is October 2, 2026. We recommend booking as soon as possible to ensure availability as we’ve secured great rates for our attendees. Our room block historically sells out!

Travel
What is the nearest airport to the conference location?
The nearest airport is Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL), 4.8 miles from the Omni Ft. Lauderdale.
Is there transportation provided from the airport to the hotel?
No. Uber, Lyft, and taxi services are available.
What are the parking options at the hotel?
Omni Ft. Lauderdale offers Valet Parking for $60/night +tax or a daily drive-in rate of $47/day +tax.
Attending the Conference
What is the dress code for the conference?
The dress code is business casual. We recommend bringing layers as conference centers can be chilly.
What is the weather like in Ft. Lauderdale in early November?
Average high: 80°F (28°C), Average low: 65°F (16°C).
What should I bring to the conference?
Bring your conference confirmation, photo ID, business cards for networking, and any materials needed for your sessions.
Agenda and Sessions
Is there a mobile app for the conference?
Yes, a mobile conference app will help you plan your schedule and connect with other attendees. App availability will open to registrants a couple of weeks before the conference so you can build your agenda and make connections.
How do I sign up for specific sessions?
You can sign up for sessions through our conference mobile app, which will be available closer to the conference. Information will be sent to registered attendees.
